Once you have purchased your power generator package, Orbital Energy provides full on site installation and engineering services. Each projects individual situation will dictate the level of interfacing with existing equipment that will be required. Typically the power generation packages might interface to an existing power grid in order to pick up and drop off load as required. In circumstances where they are backup power units, they will need to be able to detect main power failure and re-instatement and to be able to isolate the backed up systems from the main grid.

The physical installation (concrete base, fuel supply etc.) should be completed ahead of delivery of the power unit and Orbital Energy can provide you with all the required data and consultancy required to ensure that this phase runs smoothly.

In situations where an existing control room exists, then the Orbital Energy control systems can be integrated into these facilities. If no control room exists, then Orbital Energy can either specify and design one for you, or alternatively supply a prepackaged control room that can be situated in a convenient location.

Various options exist to improve efficiency in warm climates, and to reduce noise and exhaust emissions.
